Having a live stream is a great insurance policy should any of your friends and family not be able to attend your wedding in person due to travel or health reasons.

If budget is of concern, a live stream allows you save on venue costs by allowing you to reduce the size of your ceremony and reception. Now you don't need to feel torn about who to invite as you can have as many people as you like watching live online.

The added bonus is of course is you get a full recording of your ceremony to download and keep so you can watch back later. This added bonus alone is worth the investment.

What makes us different to many of our competitors is that we are a professional streaming solution using pro-grade equipment which allows us to provide a better quality product and experience for you and your online guests.

On top of having a dedicated and trained camera operator for each booking, we also include the hire of our professional cellular bonded video streaming encoder, Canon Cinema cameras, tripods, wireless audio system and video switching system all inclusive of your package price with the ability to add-on extra streaming time or extra cameras should you need a more custom package.

Our product is all inclusive giving you piece of mind with the live stream, personal event website and ceremony video recording all covered as standard in each of our packages.

As you can see from the examples on our website, we are a professional live streaming solution, there’s no webcam zoom meetings here (although we can integrate zoom if you require this).

For those who are interested in the technical aspects, we use a professional streaming encoder which operates on it’s own duel cellular mobile connections with 2 modems bonded for a strong data connection for uploading.

This means that we can stream from almost anywhere that has mobile phone reception or alternatively we can use your venue's wifi connection should there be no mobile reception.

For most packages we typically film using Canon C200 cameras which are capable of recording in 4k. We can operate completely from battery power which means this is the perfect option if you are holding an outside or park wedding. Where it is an option, for our multi-camera events we do prefer to have access to mains power.

The final piece to the streaming puzzle is the video player on each of our private event pages. For this we use a a business level streaming platform receiving the video stream from our encoder for smooth playback and reliability.

We don't like to take up too much space so our footprint is fairly small depending on how many cameras you have booked.

For our main camera, we prefer to be located on a tripod at the back of the guest seating area which gives us a good view of the ceremony.

With a single camera package, we can sometimes have trouble seeing the front whilst people are standing for the bridal entry but if this is a problem then adding a second remote or roaming camera closer to the front can fix this.

Our preferred method of capturing audio is connecting into the celebrant or venues sound system plus an on camera mic as backup.

The alternative is to have wireless lapel mics on the groom and the celebrant.

Once you have booked a package, we will ask you to provide us with your venue or celebrants contact details once you have them available so that we can make sure we can easily capture the best quality audio of your ceremony.

How it works is we will create a web page for your livestream and you simply give that website address to your guests in the days leading up to your wedding.

All your guests need to do then is open the webpage on their phone or computer and they can tune in. There’s no special app or program needed as the livestream video is delivered through the website.

Our payment terms are 50% deposit payment required up front to lock in your date. This will be requested automatically upon acceptance of your quote and is a non refundable deposit as we are removing this date from being available to anyone else once you have lock it in.

Our system will then send you a reminder to complete your payment for the remaining 50% to be paid in full 14 days out from your wedding date.

Please ensure you are fully paid by your wedding day.

No problems at all if you have a photographer and videographer also. We love meeting other professionals so we will work together with them to make sure we don't get in the way of each other.

We include the first hour of coverage in our packages which is normally enough to cover the ceremony. If you want us to cover the reception you can hire our team for the additional time until either the end of your reception or until a specified time.

The cost for this is $120/hr for 1 camera or $220/hr for 2 cameras for each additional hour our team are required to work beyond the included hour. So if your ceremony finishes at 4pm and your reception finishes at 9pm then you would pay for an extra 5hours. Typically we will create a second stream on the website for the reception and go live once the bridal party arrive until the end of the booking.
